Ruth Shitrit

Ruth Shitrit is a successful marketing professional who heads the Shitrit Media Group Advertising Agency, which provides public relations, advertising and strategy management services on diverse platforms for some of the major companies in Israel.

Furthermore, Shitrit contributes of her time and capabilities for the benefit of the community in various ways: In the framework of public roles or by volunteering, she is active for children who are victims of cancer and their families, for children from families in distress and for promoting culture in Israel and more.

Ruth Shitrit has received, over the course of the years, a number of awards and honorary degrees for her contributions in various areas, among which she has twice received awards of appreciation from the President for her volunteering activities.

She is the mother of Miri, (of blessed memory), and Naama and Dudu, (may they have long lives), and resides in Yavneh with her husband, former Member of Knesset Meir Shitrit.
